Description:
This imaging system consists of a Nikon Elipse TE300 inverted microscope and is outfitted with two cameras; a Hamamatsu Orca 3CCD and a Olympus DP26 color camera that allows real-time digital image capture. Both fluorescent and visible light (including both Phase and DIC contrast enhancement capabilities) are supported.
